The legislator for Kuwadzana who was also the member for National Standing Committee, Hon Miriam Mushayi has died.
The news were confirmed by MDC Alliance through its twitter handle
The MDC Alliance is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of National Standing Committee Member & Kuwadzana MP, Hon Miriam Mushayi. She was a true veteran of the struggle who will be missed dearly.
She was a former secretary general for the Welshman Ncube led MDC faction.
Mushayi was deputy secretary for policy and research for the MDC Alliance led by Nelson Chamisa.
It is however not yet disclosed the cause for her death.
