Zimbabwean Striker Knox Mtizwa, who plies his trades in South Africa, currently playing for Lamontville Golden Arrows F.C is reportedly planning for a European move.
The former Highlanders striker has just finished one of his best seasons in as he lost the golden boot to Orlando Pirates’ Mhango and Highlands Park’s Shalulile who score 16 goals, 3 goals ahead of him in the ABSA Premier League.
The player’s best performance has triggered him to contemplate a European move as he is reported to have instructed his management to prioritise European offer.
The player quoted as saying “my wish when I was growing up was to play in Europe and that is the dream that I’m still pursuing.”
“I think it’s now time for me to consider moving to Europe having spent four years here in South Africa,” added Mtizwa.
Mutizwa further stressed that “It’s my dream to play in Europe and I’ve had discussions with my management and said let us first consider the offer from Europe”
He has however declined to reveal the names of European as well as other South African clubs which are also vying for his services.
He has reportedly turned down a lucrative offer from an unknown Sudanese side.
