Today, the ABSA Premier Soccer League 2019/20 season is coming to an end in a one of the most exciting fashion in recent years of this league.

The South African league was once put to a standstill with the COVID-19 pandemic before it was resumed in August where Kaizer Chiefs were 4 points clear atop of the table.

Unfortunately, Amakhosi could not maintain the momentum and Amasandawana managed to close the gap, with both teams walking into final matches with 56 points tally.

Amakhosi are however leaders on goal difference as they have 21 goals against The Brazilians’ 18 goal difference, of which they (Sundowns) slashed out 2 goals difference on their previous thrashing of Polokwane City.

The Brazilians are hosting Black Leopards who are just a point out of the relegation payoffs zone at Dobsonville Stadium. Looking at their H2H statistics, Black Leopards have not won a Premier league match against Sundowns in their last 5 encounters which have seen at least 3 goals per match.

On the other hand, the want a tittle win, Kaizer Chiefs are away to the relagation play offs threatened Baroka FC at Bidvest Stadium. Stats indicate that Amakhosi struggle a lot against Baroka having won once and drew once in their previous away encounters to Chipezeze’s relegation threatened team.

George Chigova’s Polokwane are seating at the bottom of the table, three points and 8 goal difference from the relegation play offs zone. They are away to Dzvukamanja’s outfit Bidvest Wits at FNB Stadium.

Polokwane City won once against Bidvest Wits in an away match which may mean that Chigova and team may be already heading for the National First Division league in their 2020/21 season.

All these matches will kick off at 1530 hours.

However, a big question is, who will win the ABSA Premiership and who will be relegated today?
